Shipping Support:

Support If you are not in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and have not received them within three business days, they may still be in route (or delayed due to a holiday). You should have received an email with the UPS tracking number. If it has been longer than three business days and your products have still not arrived, contact Erin erint@designsforhealth.com DO NOT ship or mail letters or packages to this address: 25 Highland park village Dallas TX. It will be refused. this is a P O box for admins only.

International Orders:

If you order and live outside the U. S. there will be an additional delivery charge. Email Erin to find out the cost before ordering: erint@designsforhealth.com

Dr. Webster or George will usually return your email within three hours, unless it's the weekend or a holiday when it can take up 24 hours. If you email us and we do not respond it's because it went to spam. No email will go unanswered for more than 2 hours. Try again if you do not hear from us within that time frame.
